Health comes from above/down and inside/out

Within all living things there is a power or energy. When the energy flows without interference life can express itself and health results.

How does this energy flow through the body?

The controller of health in our body is the brain and nerve system.

The brain and nerve system controls and co-ordinates the life energy, therefore all of our functions. All of our bodily functions such as our digestion, circulation and respiration receive mental impulses or nerve energy from the brain. These mental impulses flow down the spinal cord, out between the moveable spinal vertebrae in the spinal nerves to all parts of the body.
